Friday, September 29
10:00 am: Golf Outing, West Bolton Golf Club
Shotgun start, best-ball scramble, 18 holes, cart, bagged lunch, Crambam on #13, and contest prizes
$75 for alumni, $65 for actives

4:00 pm: FADC (440 Pearl St.)
Good old-fashioned hang time with Owls who have made the annual trek. Also, a great opportunity to meet the actives and find out what life is like at the Nest these days. Spoiler alert: it’s pretty awesome!

1:00 pm: Meet and greet with the Pi Kappa Phi actives
Learn about the progress we have made and provide input on our plans for the future.
3:30 pm: Chapter Room
Proper attire required.
6:30 pm: Cocktails and dinner (see below for menu) $65 per person

Saturday Evening Dinner Menu
Mixed Green Salad
Mixed greens, tossed with roasted pear, candied walnuts,
blue cheese, and a maple balsamic vinaigrette (GF and Vegetarian)
Braised Pork Shoulder
Slow braised pork, shredded and topped with peppers and onions, served on hoagie rolls (can be GF without buns)
Mac and Cheese
Traditional style four-cheese mac and cheese (Vegetarian)
Barbecue Chicken Breast
Pickle-brined chicken breast, roasted and glazed in barbecue sauce (GF)
Coleslaw
Shredded cabbage, carrots, onion, and charred corn (Vegetarian)
Mashed Potatoes
Boiled potatoes, mashed with caramelized onions, heavy cream, butter and salt (GF and Vegetarian)
Vegan Entree
Meg Sodano’s show-stopping vegan lasagna (homemade sauce, tofu “ricotta,†garlic for days); it’s amazing
